Gayle Mindes, Ed.D. is Professor Emerita at DePaul University. Dr. Mindes is the author of Assessing young children (5th ed.; with Lee Ann Jung); Observation and Assessment Case Studies (Ed.; 2022); Casebook: Developmentally Appropriate Practice in Early Childhood Programs (Ed. with Pamela Brillante et al; 2023); Social studies for young children: Preschool and primary curriculum anchor (3rd ed.; with Mark Newman; 2021).
